Description

Fixes a bug where data loss could occur in push on Windows. The problem is more likely to occur when Push is used in a meta collection.

Affected files

  • lib/java/all/funnelback-common.jar, lib/java/all/funnelback-collection-update.jar, web/webapps/funnelback-push-api.war: Includes the fix.

Deployment

  • Stop the jetty web server.

  • On Windows remove all Push snapshots, these are located under %SEARCH_HOME\data<collection>\snapshot\

  • Deploy the provided files on top of an existing install, backup any files replaced..

  • As patches are cumulative, apply deployment instructions from previous patches.

  • Start the jetty web server.
