trim.verbose

Background

This option turns on, or off, various debugging messages for the HP Records Manager / TRIM processing.

0: Default. Standard output.
1: Progress report for every 100 records.
2: More debug info.

Setting the key

Set this configuration key in the search package or data source configuration.

Use the configuration key editor to add or edit the trim.verbose key, and set the value. This can be set to any valid Integer value.

Default value

trim.verbose=0

Examples

If you want to see a progress report to get an idea of how long it is taking to extract records, then set the value to one:

trim.verbose=1
