Users mentioned in this config key will be able to modify task queue priorities if any task is constantly blocking the queue. This has to be very restrictive and the user selected to do this amendment should have enough experience with Task queues to understand consequences of changing priorities. The value of this variable will be a comma separated string.

Set this configuration key in the server configuration.

Use the configuration key editor to add or edit the task.task-picker-management-user key, and set the value. This can be set to any valid List<String> value.
