Funnelback patch 15.8.0.1

Description

Fixes a bug with the license usage API which included documents which are not normally searchable e.g duplicate documents and binary documents. This patch also excludes documents in the included funnelback_documentation collection from counting towards the license limit.

Affected files

  • bin/padre-iw, bin/padre-fl: Fixes the license usage count (Linux only).

  • bin/padre-iw.exe, bin/padre-fl.exe: Fixes the license usage count (Windows only).

  • web/webapps/funnelback-admin-api.war: Fixes the API to return the correct license usage count.

Deployment

  • Stop the jetty web server.

  • Deploy the provided files on top of an existing install, for your operating system.

  • As patches are cumulative, apply deployment instructions from previous patches.

  • Start the jetty web server.

  • Update all collections to have the license usage count corrected.
