Modern Campus Catalog / Acalog data source

Course and program data within the Modern Campus Catalog (formerly Acalog) can be indexed by exporting the data in CSV format and indexing these CSV files.

To index the catalog content:

  1. Export the data (manually) from within the Modern Campus Catalog administration interface as CSV.

  2. Upload the CSV file to a web accessible location.

  3. Configure a Web data source to gather the CSV file.

  4. Configure the CSVToXML filter and setup metadata mappings. See: Delimited text, XML and JSON data sources.

Whenever you wish to update your Funnelback course index repeat the steps to export and upload the CSV content, then run an update of your web data source.
