trim.free_space_check_exclude

Background

This setting controls which volume letters should be excluded from the disk free space checks.

Setting the key

Set this configuration key in the search package or data source configuration.

Use the configuration key editor to add or edit the trim.free_space_check_exclude key, and set the value. This can be set to any valid List<String> value.

Default value

All non-removable drives are checked for available free space:

Examples

Exclude the E: and F: from free space checks:

trim.free_space_check_exclude=E,F

Notes

  • Removable drives like CD-ROMs are already excluded from this check.

  • This key only applies to the Windows version of Funnelback
