Funnelback patch 14.2.3.22

Fixes a issue where some characters in query logs would cause analytics to fail.

Fixes a issue where cache copies for warc would be dependent upon the offline view.

Improves groovy hook scripts such that they can load classes under $SEARCH_HOME/lib/java/all as well as the collection @groovy folder.

bin/funnelback-reporting.jar: Contains the fix for reporting.

lib/java/all/funnelback-store.jar, web/webapps/funnelback-publicui.war: Contains the cache copies fix.

lib/java/all/funnelback-common.jar, web/webapps/funnelback-publicui.war: Contains the groovy hook script improvement.

Stop jetty web server.

Deploy the provided files on top of an existing install.

As patches are cumulative, apply deployment instructions from previous patches.

Start the jetty web server.
