Background

This setting controls how old documents may be (in terms of time since their modification date) before content auditor highlights them as problematic.

Setting the key

Set this configuration key in the search package or data source configuration.

Use the configuration key editor to add or edit the ui.modern.content-auditor.date-modified.ok-age-years key, and set the value. This can be set to any valid Integer value.

Default value

ui.modern.content-auditor.date-modified.ok-age-years=2

This default setting causes content auditor to highlight documents which are more than two years old.

Examples

To highlight only documents which are older than 5 years:

ui.modern.content-auditor.date-modified.ok-age-years=5
