Grant support access
The platform provides the capability to grant support access to your own workspace. If you own the workspace, you can click on the Grant Support Access button found in the workspace settings page to add the Squiz Customer Success team so they can help troubleshoot.
This action allows the Squiz Customer Success team member to temporarily access your workspace and assist you with any query related to the integrations within your workspace.
The Grant Support Access button changes to Revoke Support Access when you add the support role to your workspace. When you no longer need this help, click the Revoke Support Access button to remove our team from your workspace.
