Workflow overview
To get accessibility and AI-readiness insights for your website, you need to onboard a website through a predictable workflow.
Workflow phases
Content Intelligence is broken up into the following workflow phases.
Add a site
To begin receiving insights about a website, you need to first onboard the site into Content Intelligence.
Read Add a site to the Content Intelligence dashboard to learn more about the required steps to initiate the first audit of your website.
The first audit tags and groups your website content into topics, preparing them for content-AI-readiness audits before commencing a content accessibility audit.
Topic deep scan
After you add a site, the first audit prepares the AI Readiness topics for monitoring. Read About topics in Content Intelligence to get a deeper understanding about the role topics play in understanding how your content is impacting AI search engines.
Once the topics have been generated, you can decide which topics you want to monitor for AI-readiness. You then start a deep scan of the topic area. Read Monitor a topic area to understand how to work out what topic areas to select and initiate a deep scan.
Next steps
After you add a site and the first audit completes, you get accessibility auditor results appearing on the Content Intelligence Dashboard. At this point you can begin reviewing your accessibility issues.
After you complete the topic monitoring process and then your scheduled deep scan finishes, you will then receive AI readiness results on the dashboard. At this point you can begin reviewing your AI-readiness issues.
You are now ready to invite additional users to your organization so they can see the areas on your site that need to be updated.
