Resolve issues in a topic

Once AI Readiness has completed its audit of a topic area, you need to review the topic status and, if required, address any priority issues identified during the deep scan audit.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Click the Content Health tile on the Content Intelligence dashboard

  2. Open the dashboard entry for your site.

  3. Click AI Readiness to show the list of topics.

  4. Click a topic area that needs attention.

  5. Review the Priority issues section in the topic to see what issues the audit identified as most valuable to resolve.

    If you want to see all issues, you can click View all to show all issues for the topic area.

  6. Select an issue from the list and evaluate the findings:

    1. Review the Details and Excerpt sections to understand why the issue was contributing to the problems associated with this topic status.

    2. Review the Suggestion and Change example sections to see what the AI readiness audit suggested as a possible approach to fixing this issue.

    3. Use the Impacted pages tab to evaluate where this issue may need to be addressed on your site.

Use the Impacted questions tab to see the set of questions the audit process identified as impacted by this issue.

  1. Fix the issue on your website.

Any changes you decide to make to address this issue are re-audited for Accessibility and AI Readiness during the next scan.
