Change or reset your account password

This process does not apply to organizations with SSO/IdP enabled. Users should follow the approprate SSO/IdP password update process.

Squiz DXP users can change their password through the Forgot password link on the sign-in page.

Before you start

Passwords must be at least eight characters long and meet the following pattern conditions:

  • at least one upper case letter (A-Z)

  • at least one number (0-9)

  • at least one special symbol (!?#$&*+=)

Steps

To change or reset your password:

  1. Select Account  Sign out to show the Squiz DXP Sign-in page.

  2. Select Forgot password? to show the Password reset page.

  3. Type the email address that you use to access the Squiz DXP.

  4. Select Reset my password.

  5. Follow the link in your email to set a password that meets password security requirements.

  6. Sign in to the Squiz DXP with your updated password.
