About DXP secondary user roles

Squiz DXP users are provisioned using primary user roles.

For added security, you can append secondary user roles that grant users access to perform specific tasks in your organization.

Support User secondary role

The Support User secondary role allows users to act as Authorized support contacts for an organization.

The role is granted to users through the Nominate authorized support contacts procedure.

CDP Agent secondary role

The CDP agent secondary role allows one or more users within your organization to have limited access to sensitive information made availble to the platform through the Single Customer View (SCV) of the CDP.

Typically, this secondary role is added to trusted users within your organization who know how to correctly handle personally identifiable information (PII).

Chatbot Reviewer secondary role

The Chatbot Reviewer secondary role allows users to view full chatbot conversations which may contain sensitive information in the AI chatbots configuration.
