User management
Squiz Advanced Forms customers can give their team members tailored permissions to view, create, or edit forms.
When you add a user, you can create a unique sign-in and apply different permissions for individual forms.
Add a user

Click Users in the main menu.

Click Add User.

Enter the user’s name and email address.

Create a strong password for this user.

Re-enter the password to confirm the password.

(Optional) Select the Restrict users to creating DRAFT forms only checkbox if required.

Click Save.
Delete a user

Click Users in the main menu.

Find the user you wish to delete in the list.

Click Delete.

If you are sure you want to delete this user, click Confirm.
Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for a user
Should a user lose their 2FA device and cannot log into Advanced Forms, Admin users can remove 2FA from that user’s account.

Click Users in the main menu.

Find the user in the list.

Click Edit.

Click Remove 2FA.
Allow users access to a form

Open the form in Edit mode.

Go to

Select the user from the drop-down list.

Select the user permission for this form:
- View Only

Allows the user to view the form setup but not edit it. Forms responses can also be viewed.
- View and Edit
-
Allows the user full access to view all areas and edit the form setup.

Save your form.
