SAML SSO for admin login

Single sign-on (SSO) with Advanced Forms provides a faster and more secure way for staff (for example, forms administrators) to access the Advanced Forms Dashboard.

This feature is only available on the Enterprise plan.

Set up SSO with SAML

SAML is the recommended way to set up SSO with Advanced Forms.

Refer to your SSO application’s website for instructions on how to set up SAML SSO: they will vary depending on the identity provider.

SAML SSO configuration information

Use the following, locale-specific, information to configure SAML SSO with Advanced Forms in your SSO application:

Contact Advanced Forms to complete setup

After you have set up the preceding configuration(s), contact our support team and provide the following information:

SAML App Identifier/Entity ID
Login URL/Sign-on URL
Certificate (Base64)
Logout URL

We will use this information to complete the setup, and will let you know when you can test it out.

Using SSO to log into Advanced Forms

After everything is set up, Form Administrators can use the following, locale-specific URL to log into Advanced Forms:

Australia & New Zealand: https://advancedforms.squiz.cloud/auth/saml/user/<username>
Europe, West Asia, & Africa: https://uk.advancedforms.squiz.cloud/auth/saml/user/<username>
North America: https://us.advancedforms.squiz.cloud/auth/saml/user/<username>

Replace <username> with your organization’s Advanced Forms account username.

Using SSO to protect forms in Advanced Forms

SAML SSO with Advanced Forms can also protect specific forms by restricting access to internal SSO-authenticated users only.
