Multi-page forms

Page breaks allow you to break up long forms into multiple short-form pages that form users can navigate using the Next and Previous buttons.

Add a page break to your form
  1. In the Design Elements section of the available fields panel (left of screen), drag the Page Break element to where you want one page to end and the next to begin.

  2. (Optional) If you want to automatically save incomplete form responses when form users move to the next page, click the Show Advanced button and enable the auto-saving option.

  3. Click the Save & Close button to commit the change.

  4. Click the Save button to save the form

  5. (Optional) Click the View Form button to view your form and test the multi-page process.

Using conditional logic on multi-page forms

Conditional logic helps streamline your forms by hiding unnecessary fields and design elements until certain conditions are met.

When using conditional logic in multi-page forms, knowing where the conditional logic should be applied is essential to ensure you achieve the intended result.

How to skip an entire page using conditional logic

Apply your conditional logic to all the fields (including headings) on the page you want to hide. The page will be skipped if conditions are not met for all fields.

How to prevent form users from proceeding to the next page

Apply your conditional logic to the Page Break element. The Next button will be deactivated if conditions are not met.

View incomplete form responses

Incomplete form responses can be found in your dashboard, and a link to view and continue the form response. Read the Viewing incomplete form responses page for more information.
