Email verification

The Email verification field lets you ask your form users to add their email address and verify it using an email verification code sent from Advanced Forms.

Form users cannot submit the form if they cannot verify their email addresses. This is a great way to ensure you are collecting valid email addresses and maintaining a clean email list.

If you do not have a specific requirement for verifying email addresses, use an Email address field to collect email addresses instead.

Basic setup

  1. In the Form Fields panel (left-hand side), under Advanced Form Fields, drag the Email Verification field onto your form.

  2. Type the field question or name.

  3. (Optional) Select if answering this question is compulsory.

  4. Click Save & Close.
