Workflow overview
If you’re ready to start with Squiz Advanced Forms, follow these steps to set up your forms and collect responses quickly.
- Create a form using our range of form fields

Whether you have existing PDF forms, paper-based forms, offline processes, or specific requirements, our drag-and-drop form builder lets you convert them into fully functional online forms. Use the View Form button to preview your form.
- Apply form settings

After building your form, navigate to the form builder’s Form Settings tab to configure critical settings that dictate user interactions. Customize email notifications for form completions, set up confirmation pages, and more.
- Share your form

Once ready, go to the Publishing tab in the form builder to obtain the form link or embed code. A convenient method is to share the live form link directly or publish it. Alternatively, using the provided embed code, you can embed the form on your website. Before sharing, testing the form yourself is recommended to ensure a seamless user experience.
- View and manage responses

Once you’ve received form submissions, visit the form responses page to view and manage the collected information. You can also export responses to spreadsheet software for further analysis and reporting.
