Forms overview

Your dashboard home screen helps to quickly get you up to speed on what’s happening with your forms.

Your forms list gives more information and management actions for all your forms. From here, you can view and download, edit your forms, and more.

Select Files to view and manage files uploaded as part of form completion, or upload files to embed in form sections.

You will use the drag-and-drop form builder to create and edit your forms and update your form settings and workflows.

Clicking Actions  View Responses on any form shows the form responses. There are multiple other ways to get the responses on your form, including downloading to a spreadsheet or receiving by email.
