Why are resources not appearing in the resource browser?

The assets or images available using the resource browser can be affected by:

  1. Removing the API identifier;

  2. Removing or turning off the API token;

  3. Changing the API identifier to point to a different Matrix instance;

  4. Changing the API identifier to point to an invalid URL;

  5. Having an invalid content API token;

  6. User and API identifier permissions;

  7. Incorrect search terms;

  8. Missing configuration details or misconfiguration between Squiz Search and Resource Browser; or

  9. Problems with the Search Collection integrated with Resource Browser.

Any or all of these actions can cause the resource browser to not work as expected and, consequently, result in those components not rendering.
