Staff directory
The staff directory allows you to:

search for colleagues by name,
-
use advanced search options,
-
use filters to narrow down your search,
-
sort the results by relevancy or alphabetical order,
-
click on any staff directory listing item to be taken to a colleague’s 'Staff profile' page, or
-
follow a staff member by clicking the 'Follow' button on their staff directory listing item.
Additionally, you can click through to your organisation’s org chart from the 'View organisation chart' link or to your own staff profile from the 'Update my details' link (or by appending /organisation-chart
to the end of your Workplace site’s base URL).
Search for colleagues

Click on the 'Staff directory' (people) button within the header.

On the 'Staff directory' page, locate the search bar.

Enter in the complete first or last name of the person you are looking for (e.g. 'Karen').

Option 1:

If the dropdown search console appears with suggestions, you can click on a person’s details. Doing this will take you to that person’s 'Staff profile' page.

Option 2:
-
If you don’t want to be taken to a person’s 'Staff profile' page, just press 'Enter' or 'Return' on your keyboard. Doing this will provide you with any matching directory results.

From each colleagues’s staff directory list item you can:
-
view their details,
-
click through to their 'Staff profile' page (by clicking on their avatar or name),
-
dial their phone number if enabled (by clicking/tapping on it),
-
open up your mail client to email them (by clicking/tapping on it).

Follow a colleague
View staff profiles
Once you’ve located the colleague/colleagues you are looking for, you can click through to their 'Staff profile' page.

Within a colleague’s staff directory listing item, click their user avatar or name. This will take you to their 'Staff profile' page.
Filter your search results
If you’re looking to narrow down your search for colleagues, you can use filters*.

Click on the 'Staff directory' button (people) within the header.

On the 'Staff directory' page, locate the filters (left-hand-side of the page).

Click on a filter accordion to expand it (e.g. 'Division')

Click one of the checkboxes inside the accordion to select a filter to apply (e.g. 'Legal').

The directory will filter out any of your colleagues that don’t apply to your selection.

You can repeat steps three (3) to (5) if you want to add additional filters.

To restore your original search results list, remove the filters.
* The filters in your organisation’s 'Staff directory' will depend on data your organisation has made available to use.
Sort your search results
If you would like to sort your staff directory search results, you can use the 'Sort by' functionality.

Click on the 'Staff directory' button (people) within the header.

On the 'Staff directory' page, locate the 'Sort by' section (right-hand-side between the search bar and search results).

Click on the 'Sort by' dropdown menu.

Select one of the following options:

Relevancy
-
Last name ascending
-
Last name descending.

Advanced search options
You can use the staff directory advanced search to locate colleagues by:
-
keyword (e.g. job title, division etc.),
-
first name,
-
last name,
-
position,
-
key responsibilities.
Your organisation may also have additional fields to search by.
