Email templates
This feature was released in Workplace version 3.3.
Overview
As a Squiz Workplace administrator, you can edit and customise the standard email alert template that comes as part of the Squiz Workplace product.
There are lots of ways Squiz Workplace administrators can update the general email alert template, which include the ability to:

edit the From Email Address of the template

add CSS coding to customise the look, feel and style of the template

edit and update the Email Header and Email Footer components
To make changes to the template, you must be a Squiz Workplace Administrator logged into the Admin mode.
Edit the email notifications configuration

Navigate to the main Site asset at the following file path:

'Squiz Workplace Mk [X]' (folder) > 'Squiz Workplace - Site' (folder) > Site asset (e.g. 'Squiz Workplace')

Asset tree location of site asset

Open the Metadata screen of the Site asset.

Acquire the locks on the Metadata screen.

Navigate to the Email Notifications Configuration section of the Metadata screen.

Edit the Email address - From field and Commit changes.
Edit the look, feel and style with CSS

Navigate to the Services asset at the following file path:

'Squiz Workplace Mk [X]' (folder) > 'Squiz Workplace - Site' (folder) > Services asset

Find the Email Templates CSS asset.

'Email Templates' (folder) > 'Partial Templates' (folder) > 'Layout Nesters' (folder)

Acquire the locks on the Edit Contents screen and modify CSS contents.
Edit the header and footer
Squiz Workplace Administrators can make changes to the header and footer of the email alert template using HTML coding.

Find the Email Header and the Email Footer assets.

'Email Templates' (folder) > 'Partial Templates' (folder) > 'Layout Nesters' (folder)

Acquire the locks on the Edit Contents screen.
Editing the HTML code for the Email Header lets you change logos as well as the hyperlinks attached to each logo. Editing the Email Footer lets you change general contact details.
