Spark does not appear in Squiz Content Management
If you cannot see the Spark button, check the following with your administrator:
- Spark Platform Enabled and Page Creation are both turned on. See Turn Spark on or off.
- Your user account, or one of your user groups, is allowed to use Spark. See Control who can use Spark.
- You have reloaded Squiz Content Management after the settings changed.
If the Spark button shows the label Spark unavailable, Squiz Content Management could not load Spark. Select the button to try again.
Spark asks you to connect
Spark asks you to connect when it cannot use an existing Squiz DXP session, and again when your connection ends. Select Connect and sign in. See Open Spark and connect.
If the connection fails, Spark shows There was an error in connection to Spark and the DXP. Select Try again. If the sign-in window does not open, allow pop-ups for Squiz Content Management.
Spark shows that your credits are used up
See Manage Spark credits for what each credit message means. Contact an administrator to review your credit allocation.
