The Tenant status tells you whether your allocations are consistent.
- Active

Your allocations are valid and users can create pages within their allocations.
- Misconfigured

Your allocations need attention.
This status appears when the allocated credits exceed your credit limit, or when a user has used more credits than their allocation.
Review the allocations table with Show only misconfigured allocations turned on.
While the status is Misconfigured, you cannot increase allocations. Reduce allocations or review the users who are over their allocation to resolve the problem.
