About credit consumption

Spark uses credits when it creates a page. Your subscription sets the credit limit for your organization.

By default, all users share your organization’s credits. You can instead give individual users their own allocation.

If a page fails to build, Spark does not charge credits for that page.

What users see as credits run low

Spark checks the available credits when a user starts a new page. The panel shows one of the following messages:

MessageWhat it means

Spark credits approaching limit

The credits used are close to your limit. The user can select OK and continue.

Spark credits limit reached

No credits are left. The user cannot create pages and must contact an administrator.

Spark unavailable

Spark is not available for the user’s account. The user cannot create pages and must contact an administrator.

Each message includes a link to your subscription details. To increase your credit limit, contact your Squiz representative.
