The 'Business tools manager' page provides you with a list of pre-selected business tools that your organisation provides access to.
You are able to select/deselect and 'Save' the business tools that you want access to. The tools you have saved will then be available through the 'Business tool quick links' on the homepage.
Squiz Workplace administrators are able to update the list of business tools as required, and your local IT support teams manage who can access which tools.
You may or may not have access to all the tools on the list. If you find that you don’t have access to a tool that you need to do your job, you can contact your organisation’s IT support team or your organisation’s Squiz Workplace administrators. An easy way to do this is through the Feedback form available from every page (or by appending
/feedback-form to the end of your Workplace site’s base URL).
Selecting your business tools is pretty simple.
Click on the 'User avatar menu'.
Click the 'My business tools' link.
On the 'Business tools manager' page select/deselect tools by clicking on any business tool/s that you want to use (remembering that you can update your choices any time).
Click the 'Save' button.
Once you have selected and saved your business tools, you can access them from the 'Quick links' section of the homepage.
Navigate to 'Quick links' section of the homepage.
Click on the 'My business tools' tab (if it is not already active).
Click on the business tool you want to launch.
You can also click the 'Edit' button to be taken to the 'Business tools manager' page, so that you can change your business tools settings.
