Datastore DXP CLI deprecated in favor of the Squiz DXP Next API

The Datastore CLI was updated from v0.39.0 to align with the dxp-next
CLI which now includes the Data Services CLI at v5.11.0.
This change deprecates the legacy Datastore DXP CLI with the Squiz DXP Next CLI.
Users are encouraged to read Datastore dxp
and dxp-next
CLI for more information about the deprecation and how to begin using the Squiz DXP dxp-next
CLI options.
Future CLI updates will be communicated separately to the Datastore documentation.
