Bulk test an Agent

Bulk test an Agent

Use the bulk testing feature in Squiz DXP to evaluate your chatbot Agent against multiple questions simultaneously. Running a bulk test allows you to review accuracy, source attribution, and default fallback responses at scale.

Overview

The Bulk test tool lets you submit a series of test questions to an Agent—either by entering them manually or importing a CSV file—and monitor the processing progress in real time. Once complete, you can download a detailed report containing the generated answers, source pages, matched promo codes, and up to eight related source questions used for response generation.

Prerequisites

Before executing a bulk test, ensure you have:

  • Access to the Conversations workspace within Squiz DXP.
  • An active Agent configured with linked content topics.

How to run a bulk test

Step 1: Open the Bulk Test modal

  1. Navigate to Conversations > Agents and select your Agent.
  2. In the top right corner of the Agent configuration page, select the More options [ ... ] menu.
  3. Select Bulk test.

Step 2: Enter test questions

You can populate test questions using one of two methods within the Agent Bulk Test modal:

Manual entry

Enter one question per line directly into the text area.

CSV Import

Select Import questions to upload a file containing your list of test questions.

When importing questions using CSV, ensure each question is listed on its own line without additional formatting to avoid parsing errors.
