Cause

This error will be displayed if any errors have been logged to the $SEARCH_HOME/log/public-ui.warnings log file.

Resolution

  • Review the $SEARCH_HOME/log/public-ui.warnings log file and action as appropriate.

  • The most common message relates to cache files that cannot be accessed. If this message appears you can safely delete the files within the folder $SEARCH_HOME/cache/. These files will regenerate automatically.

  • After actioning the warnings delete the $SEARCH_HOME/log/public-ui.warnings log file to remove the error message from the administration interface.
